Jeff grew up in upstate New York. He moved to Wichita, KS in 1988 to attend the Wichita State University, where he met his wife, Melissa. They have been together ever since. They have four children and three grandchildren.

 

In 1994, Jeff gave his life to Jesus at Glenn Park Christian Church in Wichita, KS. The Holy Spirit quickly moved him to serve, and Jeff began working in Children’s Ministry and serving in various areas. He was ordained into Christian ministry at Glenn Park in 2001. Jeff has a PhD in Leadership studies from Johnson University in Knoxville, TN, a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministry from Tabor College in Hillsboro, KS and a Master’s Degree in Christian Ministry from Friends University in Wichita, KS.

From 2004 until 2023, Jeff was the Senior Pastor at Crossroads Christian Church in Wintersville, OH. In that time, Crossroads grew from a start-up of 50 people to a church of 750 at two locations. Leadership development, expository bible teaching, and community engagement were the primary drivers for the churches success.

 

In addition to leading the Crossroads School of Ministry, Jeff teaches ethics at Eastern Gateway Community College and Spirituality and Ethics at Grand Canyon University.
